Owner Information Privacy & Opt-In / Opt-Out Notice

In accordance with Florida condominium association requirements, the Association maintains certain owner information solely in its official records for governance, notice delivery, and Association business.

No owner information is stored, maintained, or published online, and the Association does not operate an online owner directory or member portal.

Information Maintained by the Association

The Association may maintain the following owner information in its offline records:

  • Owner name(s)
  • Unit number
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number

This information is used only for Association purposes and required communications.

Opt-In / Opt-Out for Owner-to-Owner Sharing

Although owner information is not available online, Florida law allows owners limited access to certain Association records. Owners may choose whether their contact information (such as email address or phone number) may be shared with other unit owners upon lawful request.

  • Opting out means your contact information will not be disclosed to other owners and will remain accessible only to the Association and its authorized representatives, except where disclosure is legally required.
  • Opting in allows limited disclosure of your contact information to other owners for Association-related purposes only, as permitted by law.

At no time is owner information:

  • Published on the internet
  • Included in an online directory
  • Sold, rented, or shared with third parties

Updating Your Preference

Owners may change their opt-in or opt-out preference at any time by submitting a written request to the Association or its managing agent.
